There are few better things in IV then a good grab and go sandwich at the IV Food Co-op! Each sandwich is made fresh daily, and there are plenty of selections including vegan, tofurkey, meat, and veggie. For the most part the sandwiches are made with whole wheat or a delicious ciabatta roll! The ingredients are all fresh and you will taste it with every bite. This is a great option if you are looking to grab something quick on your way to or from class. Snag a kombucha, coconut water or juice while you are in line. You'll be out in minutes and your body and schedule will thank you for it.
